OK, This is almost the real me. You see, my mother, Florence was a clown. When she passed away in 2008 I inherited her clown toys, her clothes, of which she made many of, and her spirit of making people happy with her red nose and charming personality. Her clown name was Flo Beaux. I knew one day I too would be a clown. Fast forward to 2012. I needed a clown name. I would ask any one who would stop to talk to me “Can you suggest a good clown name for me?” I was checking out at a Homegoods; it was relatively quiet. I asked the girl checking me out. “I’m’s really excited that I am going to be a clown but don’t have a name.” She said “what do you think it should be”. I twisted my side curles and said “Ida no? She laughed and said “That’s it!”
